The newest in our lineup of EPAP solutions, the ULTepap 2 allows you to adjust the therapeutic back pressure to 2 different settings.  The ULTepap 2 comes with caps on the end of each valve that delivers the same back pressure of the original ULTepap (Standard Resistance).  But if that pressure appears to be too high, the cap can be removed, which exposes a larger exhalation hole, and in turn delivers lower, but still therapeutic, pressure (Lower Resistance).
